Who Is Yogi Adityanath
Formally named Yogi Adityanath actual name is Ajay Singh Vist and born on 5th of June 1972. They are well known politician as well as mahant of Gorakhnath temple and also CM of UP state. Respected Sir,
Sir, With due all respect personally I would like to bring in your kind knowledge that On 16th May 2018, I Advocate Mohammad Masood Raza went to the Utraula Police Station at District Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh in one of the matter in order to Lodge an FIR of one of my friend named Shakir.
During communication with the SHO, the SHO named Shri Santosh Kumar Singh of Utraula, District Balrampur became aggresive and violent. The SHO has asked Hashmat Raza Zadran (my younger brother) are you doing videography? Then SHO snatched the mobile from Hashmat Raza and after this I most respectfully asked him to return the mobile and even if he has done any videography let a CD of the same be made and registered a case against him if any offence is made out and let the Court decide what, where and who is wrong?
Hearing this, SHO has beaten me and ordered his policemen to take us into the custody. We were taken up inside the Police Station by them and mercilessly beaten and humiliated by them SHO has badly beaten me and abused his all power. He said to us that he will killed us in an encounter.
After all, I saw that the door where we were taken was slightly open, finding this opportunity in order to save my life; I tried to escaped from their custody and ran away. Police again caught me from almost the distance of 250-300 meters. They again beaten me but suddenly SHO asked where is the third person? His other associates said Sir he has gone (Woh Bhaag Gya). Hearing this SHO said you caught him otherwise everything will go wrong and against us.
The Hashmat Raza who could rescued himself has viral this incident to the family memebers, advocates, law students and friends otherwise, we would have been killed in a fake encounter.
SHO released me and Shakir under section 151 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 we all were and still are very much fearful from the Police men including SHO.
Utraula Bar Association has condemned this condemnable act of SHO and Policemen, and has unanimously passed a resolution asking the termination/suspension of SHO for inhuman and barbaric act.
We were in Lock-up for no fault and reason. Police has falsely gave bail under section 151 of Cr. P. C.
There is total violation of human right in this case, abuse of power and misuse of authority.
For your kind perusal I am sending my ID card which was issued to me from Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh and also sharing the Resolution which has been passed by the Utraula Bar Association at District Balrampur condemning the act of SHO and other policemen for beating and publicly humiliating an advocate and also that SHO misinformed to the Utraula Bar Association on asking about this incident.
I request you to please help me and take necessary step and measures against the erring persons. I shall be your highly obliged and thankful.

अतः मै मोनु तिवारी ,ग्राम-रामदासपुर,थाना-कोईरौना,जिला-स०र०न०भदोही का मुल निवासी हुँ।अतः दि०06/06/2018 को रात 11:30AM पर सो रही मेरी बहन प्रीती ति० D/O- शिवशंकर ति० ,अपने घर पर सो रही थी तब तक रात मै जबरदस्ती दुस्कर्म करने का प्रयास किया।जब सब जग गए तब उसने मुह को दबाकर तीन बार पेट मे चाकु मार कर भाग गया और मै तुरन्त डायल100 को सुचना दिया तो वो लोग FIR लिखकर कान मे अँगुली डालकर बैठी है आपकी कानुन व्यवस्था 72घंटे से ज्यादा हो गया अभी तक ना वो गिरफ्तार हुआ,ना आपकी पुलिस कुछ की है ,और वो फेसबुक के जरिए धमकी भी दे रहा है,और मै बी एच यु वाराणसी मे भरती किया हु वो भी आईसीयु मे हु हालात बहुत ही गम्भिर है ,क्रृपया जल्द से जल्द उसे पकडवाने का प्रयास करे हमारे कोईरौना थाने की पुलिस तो सो रही है,,,आप कुछ करे मै आपका जीवन भर आभारी रहुंगाः-

असामाजिक तत्व, भगीरथी यदव को हत्या, हत्या के प्रयास, बलपूर्वक संपत्ति पर कब्जे, अवैध रेत
खनन, भूमि के कब्जे वाली भूमि के कब्जे जैसे विभिन्न आरोपों के तहत पंजीकृत किया गया है। उसके पास अपनी आय के लिए अज्ञात संपत्ति है और उसने गैंगस्टर अतीक-अहमद की मदद से सारी संपत्ति अर्जित की है
उसके पास इतना आतंक है कि एक आम आदमी भी लगातार खतरे में रहता है।उपरोक्त सामग्री को देखने के लिए विनम्र निवेदन है, कृपया धूमनगंज, पुलिस स्टेशन को असामाजिक तत्व भगीरथ यादव के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दें।
