Follow some steps to modify your Aadhaar information as mentioned below in brief:
- Visit here to download Aadhaar Card Data Updating Form.
- Download the above mentioned form and complete the form details as asked in all capital letters only and in the form there is only one mandatory column that is your mobile number.
- Based on the kind of in formation, you particularly want to update, attach as per self attested copies and proof of the related valid documents with filled application form.

- Mention your 12-digit Aadhaar number on each document that you are sending via post.
- Send your envelop in proper way by sealing it and mention on the top of envelop as subject “Aadhaar Card Updating Request”.
